By practicing organic and regenerative farming, Fattoria Triboli enhances soil fertility and strengthens its resilience to climate change.
The olive trees are cultivated without chemical treatments, and the ecosystem is enriched by the presence of chickens, which help control pests and provide natural fertilizer. The olives are hand-harvested and pressed in their state-of-the-art mill within just a few hours to ensure exceptional oil quality. Every production step, from filtration to storage, is aimed at preserving the freshness, aromatic richness, and nutritional qualities of the oil.
